How to make sure the ads don’t follow you?

All of you must be aware of advertising where ads pop-up based on the web page you’re currently visiting. For example, let’s say if you are on a gaming related website, then ads on the same page will be related to games only; if you are searching for a specific mobile, then you might come across ads that are related to mobile reviews, their accessories, etc.

However, the latest topic on the internet is behavioural advertising, where ads are shown as per your past activity you’ve shown too much interest on the Internet. For instance, if you visit a travel website to search for “hotels in America”, then you’ll come across a number of ads related to America Hotels on every web page you’ll visit later. Be it about reading an online article, or watching video on YouTube, or checking your Facebook updates, the ads will be same everywhere – America Hotels.

In short, such ads follow your everywhere even after you have switched to a different content. The online ads, with the help of your system’s IP address, are able to access you, and accordingly, popup the relevant advertising. So, how can you get out of it?
